Advanced Diagnostic Training Course

The goal of the Advanced Diagnostic Training course is to ensure students are well-equipped to excel in the field of automotive diagnostics and emissions control. In this course, students will explore TEXA Software, a leading diagnostic tool in the automotive industry, gaining an in-depth understanding of its functionalities for analyzing and troubleshooting vehicle electronic systems.

The curriculum covers Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems, including service procedures and interactions with Engine Management software, as well as the design and function of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), and Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) systems.

Students will enhance their proficiency in emissions control by studying sensor integration within these systems. They will master a structured diagnostic process to efficiently diagnose automotive issues, interpret fault codes, and use control module reports and multimeters alongside TEXA software for precise diagnostics. Through scenario-based learning, students will apply their skills in real-world situations, preparing them to excel in automotive diagnostics and emissions controls.
