This course is for new and beginning pilots wanting to enter the drone pilot industry. The course will provide an excellent overview of the drone landscape and then focus intently on aspects aspiring pilots will need to learn to pass the FAA part 107 certification, which is essential for any commercial drone pilot. The FAA Remote Pilot 107 Part A regulations require that all drone pilots have a valid identification (driver license, passport, or birth certificate), a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, undergo drug screening and prefer no criminal record. Special note: a person who has a misdemeanor or felony must wait a year before applying for this class.
