PepsiCo believes in providing employees with the resources to help them grow professionally and personally. PepsiCo has partnered with Ancora Training to offer employees courses in CDL training and Commercial Industrial Maintenance Technician. Ancora Training provides hands-on, instructor-led, and online training across the United States. We offer public and customized training for groups and individuals either at your site, our facilities, or online.

CDL Training Course:

Our CDL Training: Class A Truck Driver program provides the optimal balance between classroom learning and on the road training to better prepare students for the CDL exam. Class sizes are small and our experienced instructors can give you insight on what it’s like to be a truck driver.

Commercial Industrial Maintenance Technician is a multidisciplinary branch of technology that focuses on diverse commercial and industrial equipment and technologies. The intention of this program is to provide the skills necessary to maintain systems that operate in a manufacturing environment.

Diesel Fleet Technician Training

The Diesel Fleet Technician program prepares students to repair and maintain diesel engines and heavy machinery used in trucks, buses, and industrial equipment.

Students gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in shop operations, safety protocols, turbocharging, diagnosis and repair, suspension and steering systems, brake systems (including air brakes), and basic electrical theory for troubleshooting.

Programmable Logic Controllers

This course is a study of basic digital logic and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in a mechatronics system using the automation system. Topics covered will include basic PLC functions and testing; identification of malfunctioning PLCs, and troubleshooting techniques and strategies to identify and localize PLC hardware-generated problems.
